Krystal fell in love with working out about 3 years ago. After her pregnancy back in 2006, she gained enormous amount of weight, weighing over 200lbs . This caused her to have low self-esteem and health problems as well. She found her self suffering from bad migraines and high blood pressure, leading her to not feeling well most of the days. Due to her unhealthy lifestyle, Krystal was determine to loose weight and wanted to love her self again. After losing over 50lbs, Krystal were able to lower her blood pressure until the point that she no longer had to use medication anymore. She begin to see tremendous changes in her life, and decided to enroll in school for fitness training. This allowed her to learn more knowledge and skills to assist others who wanted to have a healthier lifestyle. Being fit is not only her hobby, its a lifestyle aka fitstlye. Learning to love your body can by far be the best reward you could ever give to yourself.
